International
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is the United Nations agency responsible for administering several of these international treaties in the field of copyright and related rights.
Even if the international obligations are the same, the legal practices, approaches and traditions vary between the member countries of the same treaties. This results in a great diversity in the way copyright is applied, including how tariffs are determined for the use of protected content.
